Bespoke Journeys Online Ltd (trading as Bespoke Executive Chauffeurs) is the data controller for the personal data described in our Privacy Policy. This page sets out the rights the UK GDPR gives you and how to use them.
Your rights in full
- Access. Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification. Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it. Booking and payment records must be kept for six years for tax purposes.
- Restriction. Ask us to pause our use of your data while a dispute about it is resolved.
- Portability. Ask for the data you gave us in a machine-readable form, or ask us to send it to another provider.
- Objection. Object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting anything done beforehand.
- Automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Making a request
Email [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject line, telling us which right you want to use. We may ask for proof of identity so we do not disclose your data to somebody else. We will respond within one month. That can be extended by two further months for a complex request, and we will tell you if it is. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our suppliers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.
Data breaches
If a breach is likely to risk your rights and freedoms, we will report it to the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay where the risk is high.
