This website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. The site is built to work with a keyboard alone, to carry visible focus indicators, to respect the reduced-motion setting in your operating system, and to describe images and controls to screen readers.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, including the address autocomplete and the payment form, are supplied by Google and Stripe and are outside our direct control. If one of them prevents you booking, call us and we will take the booking by telephone.
Our vehicles and service
Tell us what you need when booking and we will assign a suitable vehicle. Assistance dogs travel free and are always welcome. Child and booster seats are fitted free on request. Chauffeurs help with luggage and with getting into and out of the vehicle. Please tell us about wheelchair requirements in advance so we can confirm what we can provide.
