This page sets out how Bespoke Journeys Online Ltd (trading as Bespoke Executive Chauffeurs) approaches the environmental impact of chauffeur travel. It is a statement of practice, not a claim of carbon neutrality.
Our fleet
Vehicles meet the Euro 6 emissions standard, which is why they are compliant with the Birmingham Clean Air Zone. We are replacing vehicles with hybrid and fully electric equivalents as the fleet turns over.
Fewer empty miles
Journeys are planned so a chauffeur finishing one job is positioned for the next. Return legs and multi-car event work are coordinated by one dispatcher for the same reason: an empty vehicle on the road is a cost to us and to everyone else.
The office
Booking confirmations, invoices and receipts are sent electronically by default.
What we do not claim
Chauffeur travel produces emissions. We do not describe our service as carbon neutral, and we do not offset on your behalf unless you ask us to and pay for it. If a train is genuinely better for a particular journey, we will say so.
